In the event that participants are unable to turn up for the event, they may opt for a refund with a minimum of 5 days’ notice in advance. To ensure that the facilitators and other participants are not affected by others pulling out and funds to run the workshop, our refunds are as follows:
5 days prior to event: 100% Refund*
3 days prior to event: 0% Refund*

Key notes to take:
1) To ensure the smooth facilitation of this meetup, please confine your food purchases and consumption within the premise
2) Kindly refrain from blocking aisle to prevent the congestion of foot traffic and any public disturbances to a minimum
3) Please note that during this event, participants are required to purchase at least 1 food item from the cafe.

Basic English & Chinese Languages Exchange Session
Our main topics for discussion is Mid-Autumn Celebration & Singapore Coffee Ordering culture. All participants are expected to converse in either English or Chinese.
After the exchange, we will be visiting one of Singapore’s iconic place, Gardens by the Bay, allowing participants to soak in the festive atmosphere and culture.
Participants who are interested in the Gardens By the Bay event are strongly encouraged to join our meetup group as well, to maximise your benefit from our cross cultural events.
